Prospective cohort study tracking HIV-positive patients with undetectable or very low viral loads in the absence of antiretroviral therapy, referred to as elite or viraemic controllers. The objective is to study virological and immunological mechanisms implicated in spontaneous HIV control so as to develop new therapeutic HIV vaccines. There is no clinical intervention other than the extraction of additional biological samples.
